Started my fitness journey roughly 10 years ago, initially got into fitness to gain mass and muscle but fell in love with the therapy it provides, the relationships and comradery it creates in the gym and fitness atmosphere. My goal is to own my own cross functional training gym in the ChicagoLand area within the next 3-5 years.
Favorite Muscle Group: Full body, lol. Honestly I don't have a favorite muscle group. I have favorite exercises are Deadlifts and Chest Press.
