Pilates Reformer

​This is a core focused total body workout that is sure to strengthen your muscles as well as improve your overall body awareness & flexibility.  Our class is taught in an 8 week series, so that clients may see continued progress. ($35 Single Drop In/ 8 sessions for $240)

Pilates Reformer

This class incorporates all the fundamental Pilates principles with the added spring pulley system to create heightened resistance as well as external feedback for the practitioner. This is a core focused total body workout that is sure to strengthen your muscles as well as improving your overall body awareness & flexibility.

Personal & Small Group Training

​With our personal & small group training sessions, clients are able to partake in customized programs that are centered around their goals.  Clients are partnered with clients that are at a comparable fitness level when scheduled for small group sessions.
